All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein, are solely the winner's responsibility. Because the ARV of the prize exceeds $2000.00 USD, Universal Audio is required by law to report the prize value to the IRS. An IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued in the winner's name for the actual value of the prize received.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about November 16, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The selected winner must respond within three (3) calendar days of the initial notification attempt. To claim the prize, the potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an IRS Form W-9 (including providing their Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number) and any other required declaration of eligibility or liability release within five (5) days of receipt.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, fails to provide any requested verification info or completed tax forms, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Universal Audio will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

Universal Audio reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Universal Audio's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Universal Audio, Santa Cruz Guitar Company, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Universal Audio's use of the winner's name, city, state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
